INTERIOR FEATURES

Integral Dual Spool Controls: Dual spools controls provide a variety of highly responsive pressure and load sense control options which include integrated remote functions.

Rigid Compact Structure: Reduces air borne noise emissions. All noise reduction features of the K3VL provide a typical reduction of 5DB(A) compared with conventional designs.

Spherical Valve Plate: Fully balanced spherical valve plate ensures optimum cylinder block contact, enabling high axial stability, reduced bearing reaction force and a high self priming capability.

Patented Suction and Delivery Timing Slots: Include pressure absorbing galleries which are tuned to minimise fluid borne noise.

Self Compensating Piston Return Mechanism: Individual springs ensure consistent shoe contact with the swash plate, Maintains a high peak pressure capability of 350 Bar whilst self compensating for wear, ensuring a long maintenance free service life.

High Durability: Equipped with heavy duty long life roller bearings, which, when combined with the low resultant forces due to the valve plate design, provide and extremely durable pumping unit.

Pillow Type Swash Plate Support Mechanism: The large surface area and hydrostatic bearing reduces vibration and noise emissions

Opposed Stroking Pistons: Reduce structural deflections and reduce load on the swash plate support bearing.

Solid Pistons: Provide reduced dead volume under compression and increased volumetric efficiency.
